Its Friday and we can for sure call it Flat track Friday cause today we can reveal some real kick ass news. This years Viking cup adding one round and Finland is becoming a double header with a short track in Varkaus and a long track in Kauhajoki at the same weekend.
– This is pretty pretty cool, agrees the common Finnish Swedish organizers.
The new round added will run on Sunday June 8th and all info about it you will find here
– There will be a bit of a distance in between the two tracks, but schedules will be tweaked to support the riders logistics to be able to ride at their best, continous organizers.
The sign up system is updated and you can already now sign up for all three rounds.
But the news doesn’t end there. During the past week due to a sponsorship by Oslo Skisenter in Norway the finale round in Vetlanda now offers not less than three Dash for Cash where the four fastest practise timings in each group are able to race about some cash to bring home (or fill up the race van for a safe trip home). The concept Dash for Cash is fast and fun to watch and its for sure the race of races amoung the four x three riders participating.
