Reigning Hooligan Champion #37 first one to enter all rounds

During Friday the organizers behind this years Nordic battle – Viking flat track Cup released the news they are adding one round and making a double header of the Finnish weekend. First Round at the 312 meter long track in Varkaus and the second round at 650 meter long track in Kauhajoki.

– A perfect mix of tracks, state the organizers.

But less than 24 hours later the Reigning Hooligan Champion, #37 Swede Jacob Mattsson hit the sign up button and became the first one this year to enter all three rounds. Mattsson had a rough end of the season last year with a crash in the last round of Viking cup ended up with a broken collarbone but manage to stay on top in the Nordic battle Viking Cup, but had to give away the the title in the national Swedish cup to Simon Bergman with 4 points in the end. We bet that Mattsson is pretty keen on this years titles both in the National Swedish flat track cup as well as a repeat in the Nordic Viking Flat Track Cup.

The sign up for both the first round in Varkaus Finland and te last round in Vetlanda Sweden has been open for a month and around twenty riders already signed up to enter this years Battle of Vikings.
